On 11 January 2018 (2pm-3pm), OpenAIRE and the FAIR data expert group will hold a joint webinar to present the results from their survey on the European Commission’s approach to Data Management Plans and the FAIR guidelines on data management.

Everybody wants to play FAIR, but how do we put the principles into practice? In this webinar the two sets of principles will be discussed and compared and a tangible operationalization will be presented.

During this EUDAT & OpenAIRE joint webinar, Sarah Jones (DCC) and Marjan Grootveld (DANS) talked through the aspects that Horizon 2020 requires from a DMP, discussing examples from real DMPs and also touching upon the Software Management Plan, which for some projects can be a sensible addition.

OpenAIRE and EUDAT co-presented this webinar which aimed to introduce researchers and others to the concept of research data management (RDM).

This webinar focused on trustworthiness and presented certification as an instrument to build trust into the data infrastructure.
