We are introducing a partnership programme for the first time as part of the EUDAT Conference 2024 at the ZKM Karlsruhe. Organisations interested in tapping into the EUDAT Conference can benefit from networking and visibility opportunities towards the professional research data management community.

A dedicated exhibition session (3 December) will be held to inaugurate the exhibition and allow the participants to go through the booths. During this session, no other sessions are held in parallel and all participants will be asked to head to the exhibition area. This ensures that during this exhibition session, exhibitors and participants can experience the exhibition fully and provide the maximum opportunities for networking.

Benefits

  • Poster: All Partners will be allowed to showcase their poster at the exhibition. Posters have to be supplied by the Partner.
  • Giveaways: All Partner tiers allow for partners to distribute their giveaways throughout the event
  • Presentation: All partners can take advantage of having a 7-minute maximum pitch presentation to be included as part of the conference programme. 
  • Booth: Gold and Silver partners will be provided a booth space consisting of a table and chairs. A dedicated exhibition inauguration session will ensure footfall at that specific time. 
  • Feature article: Gold partners can submit an article for publication at the EUDAT website which will be promoted across EUDAT's owned channels.  
  • Joint webinar: Gold partners can take advantage of a joint webinar co-organised any time within a year with EUDAT to gain new contacts and expanf your organisations network across the EUDAT community.
  • Session: The Gold partner will be offered the opportunity to chair an existing session or organise their own session at the conference.
