The EUDAT Conference 2026 is heading to Prague from 25-27 November, 2026. As the flagshp event for EUDAT Conference, this event gathers researchers, data managers, service providers to discuss the latest advancements and best practices in open science, as well as the wider research data management community.
We are delighted to officially launch our open call for contributions! This is your opportunity to showcase the work of your institution, propose and lead key discussions or present innovative solutions to a pan-European audience.
There are two open calls currently active :
- Open calls for workshops, presentations and community-driven sessions
- Includes interactive sessions, presentations or workshop proposals that connect closely to this years' topics, including : data spaces, AI compliance, AI-enhanced data management, RDM solutions, integration of EUDAT services, trust, security & sensitive data in RDM and many more.

- Open calls for poster exhibitions & demos
- A selected number of slots are available for live demos allowing the successful applicants to showcase their software, platforms, or service to the audience in real-time.
- The conference will also feature a dedicated poster and booth exhibition, providing high visibility of applicants' institutions and solutions, and allowing for ample networking opportunities with innovators in the field.
- Submissions should centre and address any of the selected topics listed in the submission form: data spaces, AI compliance, AI-enhanced data management, RDM solutions, integration of EUDAT services, trust, security & sensitive data in RDM and many more.
