Please note your submissions have to relate to any of the listed topics in order to be considered.

Submission Period: 29 May - 31 July 2026 (First Intake), 31 July - 6 September 2026 (Second Intake)

Submission Submission Deadline: NOTE: The conference will continue to accept submissions after the closure of the open calls, but will be subject to decision within 2 weeks on a case-by-case basis. The mandatory requirement for onsite presence remains.

Acceptance Notification: 6 September 2026 (For First Intake Submissions), 6 October 2026 (For Second Intake Submissions)

Topic/s Relevance

By default, only accepted abstracts submitted originally via this form will be published. Papers format should be Springer LNCS.

  1. Posters can submitted short papers (6 pages max)
  2. Presentations can submit full papers (10 pages max)
