DECI and EUDAT joint call for proposals for HPC Compute Resource is now open! Closing Date 21/09/2015!

DECI, the Distributed European Computing Initiative, provides cross-national access to European Tier-1 HPC resources (national systems). The DECI-13 call is managed by the PRACE Optional Programme with support from PRACE aisbl. This call is issued as a pilot call jointly with EUDAT. Together, we offer the opportunity to make awards of compute and data resources to projects that also have needs for storage capacity and associated data services. Applicants may apply for both the DECI and EUDAT calls at the same time or may apply to just one of the calls.

Krákow will be the home of the first joint event organised by the major European e-Infrastructure initiatives (EGI, EUDAT, GÉANT, OpenAIRE and RDA Europe). EUDAT will contribute to the event with two presentations and a training session. The first presentation B2FIND: A Cross-Discipline Metadata Service and Discovery Portal focuses on B2FIND, one of the EUDAT B2service suite. B2FIND is a unique multi-disciplinary joint metadata catalogue of research data collections stored in EUDAT data centres and other repositories.
