The key functionality of the Safe Replication Service is that the relevant data needs to be replicated from user community centers to a number of trusted data centers. Replicated digital objects are identified through a single PID with multiple locations associated to the PID records; one location per each copy (replica).

  • EPIC/Handle PID service
