DI4R 2017

After the success of its 2016 edition, the Digital Infrastructure for Research (DI4R) conference comes back, taking place on 30th November 2017 and 1st December 2017 in Brussels (Belgium).

The DI4R 2017 conference is jointly organised by Europe’s leading e-infrastructures EUDAT, EGI, GÉANT, OpenAIRE, PRACE and RDA Europe and will revolve around the theme “Connecting the building blocks for Open Science”. The conference will showcase the policies, processes, best practices, data and services that, leveraging today’s initiatives – national, regional, European and international – are the building blocks of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) and European Data Infrastructure (EDI).The overarching goal of the event is to demonstrate how open science, higher education and innovators can benefit from these building blocks, and ultimately to advance integration and cooperation between initiatives. The event is co-located with the EOSCpilot 1st Stakeholder Engagement Event taking place on the 28-29 November 2017.

EUDAT encourages all researchers, developers and service providers to have their say in the conference by submitting an abstract for a 5-minute lightning talk, a 15 minute presentation, an interactive session (90 mins), a poster or a demo (see call for abstracts) *Please note that the call is now closed.
