D2.3: Strategic Certification Plan

This Strategic Certification Plan contains a roadmap aimed at achieving DSA certification within the EUDAT infrastructure. It sets out how the DSA, the Data Seal of Approval, chosen by the EUDAT2020 project as its primary vehicle for certification, will enable trust in the EUDAT infrastructure.
