The e-ScienceTalk team offers expertise and training in a number of areas related to communications: media outreach, science writing, communications strategy, measuring the impact of communication and creating virtual worlds. Training in each module is delivered through interactive discussion sessions including short scene-setting presentations by the module leader or leaders, hands-on tasks such as writing exercises, practice in being interviewed on camera, role playing when dealing with a crisis.
