Helen Clare

Helen Clare is currently Senior e-Infrastructure Strategy Manager (Skills) at Jisc working at a strategic level coordinating activity around research skills and culture.

She has worked on several European projects including EOSC Synergy, EOSC Future, Open and Universal Science (OPUS) and GÉANT’s GN-5.2 project. She is co-chair of the EOSC Opportunity Area Expert Group on Skills, Training, Reward, Recognition and Upscaling, chairs OpenAIRE's Standing Committee on Training and is on EGI's Community Managers group. She is on the Sonraí Irish Data Stewardship Network Advisory Board and is an external consultant on the Research Data Netherlands project to create a National Training Platform and Community for Data Professionals.
